Filming of an ITV series will mean limited beach access in Flamborough on Thursday (9 August) - but there’s still plenty to do in the area!
On Thursday, 9 August, access to the beaches at both North and South Landing will be limited due to filming.
However,all beaches in Bridlington will be open as normal on Thursday, alongwith all the usual facilities in the town, including Bridlington Spa andEast Riding Leisure Bridlington, and the Living Seas Centre will beopen at South Landing in Flamborough.
There will be special summer events as well.
The Active Coast programme will feature one of its most popular events on Thursday:

Meanwhile, the Summer of Fun continues at Sewerby Hall and Gardens-Thursday,9 August will feature a Rusticus Adventure – Shipwreck! A boat load ofmagical characters have been wrecked off the coast of Sewerby and aremaking mischief around the grounds. A chance to enjoy energeticadventure walks and activities inspired by Shakespeare’s play, TheTempest. This is in addition to all the usual features at Sewerby Halland Gardens, including the zoo, the gardens, the café, exhibitions, andthe house itself.
